How do I pay?

What is AfterPay and how does it work?

AfterPay offers four equal instalment, every fortnight for happy customers. All you have to do is shop online as usual and choose AfterPay as your payment method at the checkout. NO TYME WASTED !  BUY NOW, PAY LATER ! *AfterPay is only for Australian customers.

Will I need to be home for my delivery?

Busy at work or out and about? Not a problem! For all Australian order we leave or shipment in a secure area if you are not home. If you would like to request a signature on delivery, please state this in *notes via checkout.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email?

Too much spamming?! Please check all junk folders in your inbox and spam folder as they can frequently be hiding in there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at

What if my payment declined?

Oh dear, that would be awful isn't it? If your payment is declined, it’s a decision made by your cardholder. It could be due to an incorrect card details such as expiry date, card number or maybe account balance. Please get in touch with your bank to find out what happened. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal or AfterPay.

The size isn’t right. Can I exchange my item?

Sorry to hear that! We try our best for exchange due to limited items, but we can give you a refund/credit note to get a different item ! To exchange your item, please return your item to us.

Can I cancel my order?

No, you can’t. Please email me ASAP and we will do our best to make online shopping a easy as possible.

The item I love is sold out in my size ! Can you help?

We restock items depending upon the demand, and whether our supplying designers have them in stock, but there is no guarantee. Please email us to find out when we’ll place another order.

When should i expect my order?

Online shopping get us really exciting! Your order will be processed and shipped before 12 pm AEST, excluding weekends or Australian public holidays. If you order the item before 4 pm, will be shipped on the same day! Balance with other busy schedules, we try our best to deliver your orders to happy customers ASAP.

Do I have to pay for postage if I return my item?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage to return any garment to us. Faulty is acceptable.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

Once you receive your item, we refund you; please allow up to 5 days for the payment to appear back your account.

I want my clothes to be featured in your store, how does it work?

That is very kind of you! PROJECT TYME is not like any collaborations, Thai Ha is seasoned fashion buyer, she loves to discuss purchase and other digital content creation. please email at contact section under personal enquiry. She loves to dress up, as well as sell clothes for you lovelies.
