RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We understand you are unable to try your online purchase and we promise to refund, (unless the item is on sale in which case item sale is final) exchange or provide a credit for the purchase price of your order minus any freight charges incurred by us. We do not accept refunds that are Sale items of 40% or more. Promo codes that are used in conjunction with sale items and make the item 40% or more cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final, so choose carefully.
If you are unhappy with your garment for any reason, provided that your purchase is returned within 7 days from date of delivery at your own cost and with a receipt of purchase, providing the garment is not damaged in any way and is unworn with the original tags still attached.
Please email email@example.com to indicate the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or a refund.
Sale items cannot be returned for a refund (except as required by the Australian Consumer Law) although you may be issued a credit note or an exchange the sale item for any other available item up to the equal amount of the final sale price.
For international customers, the same policy applies but we allow up to 14 days from date of delivery for all overseas returns.
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to high notation and limited availability of stock however if you are after an exchange, please email us with return stating the full item description, brand name, colour and size required for the item you would like to exchange for. If the item you wish to exchange for sells out while we are waiting to receive your return, we will automatically issue you with store credit.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue. We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date. Items purchased with store credit are deemed as Final Sale. Store credits can not used as deposits for layby or pre order and must be redeemed on items in stock.
All claims for fault must be assessed by the manufacturer who will inspect the item before a refund can be granted.
Please ensure washing, laundering and fabric care instructions are strictly followed as we are unable to assist if the item has been damaged in any way due to negligence on your part. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

This website respect your privacy and while there are section of this site you can view without giving any information, ordering your garment will require entering of your details including but not limited to name, address and credit details. PROJECT TYME will only use this information or pass this information on for the purpose of providing services on your behalf needed to deliver the service.
